RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

IN-STORE PURCHASES AT OUR BROOKLYN LOCATION:

We offer returns for refund & exchanges with store credit in our brick & mortar store of qualifying items within 14 days of purchase with copy of the original receipt. 

NO RECEIPT = NO RETURN or EXCHANGE. 

Qualifying items are unworn, un-laundered, in perfect condition, with original tags and/or in their original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The following items are FINAL SALE and as such not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit: ALL store credit purchases, all vintage clothing; swimwear; teething, feeding, &/or nursing and beauty products (including but not limited to diaper balms &/or nipple creams); any footwear (socks, shoes, etc) or headwear (sunglasses, helmets, masks, crowns, etc); craft kits or art supplies.

No exchanges or store credit can be given on any sale items or during sale periods. All sale items are final sale.

ONLINE ORDERS FOR PICKUP OR LOCAL DELIVERY ARE EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

GIFT RECEIPTS ARE NOT ELIGBLE FOR REFUNDS.

GIFT RECEIPT ITEM RETURNS ARE ONLY ELIGBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT. 

PURCHASES ON STORE CREDIT ARE FINAL SALE.

For gifted items -  Please make sure you ask cashier for a gift receipt when purchasing items intended as gifts so that your recipient has option for exchange or store credit.

Please inspect your items at purchase. Any damages by manufacturer must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product, including gifts, no exceptions.  Damaged items will be replaced for the exact same item if stock remains. If you have purchased the last item a store credit will be given for damaged item.

Items received more than 14 days after the original order receipt date will NOT be accepted, and no exchange or store credit will be given.

 

 

 

DOMESTIC ONLINE RETURNS + EXCHANGES – USA ONLY:

We have a 14-day return policy for domestic online purchases,  which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS WILL BE STORE CREDIT WITH EXCHANGES ONLY. 

ONLINE ORDERS CANNOT BE MODIFIED, CANCELLED OR RETURNED FOR REFUND.


To be eligible for an online return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase.

Please include your order number, items to be returned, and reason for return (including any photos).   

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.  WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:  ALL vintage clothing; swimwear; teething, feeding, or nursing / beauty products (including but not limited to diaper balms &/or nipple creams); any footwear (socks, shoes, etc) or headwear (sunglasses, helmets, masks, crowns, etc); craft kits or art supplies;

Please note that all sale or discounted items/promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue immediately. 

If we do not receive notification within 24 hours of receipt, we will not process the exchange or return for store credit.  No exceptions. 

If the item was received as a gift, you can only exchange a damaged item for the SAME ITEM as a replacement.

When choosing shipping at checkout, please choose protection plan to ensure that your order is securely protected, if you refuse we at Little Green are 100% not liable. Please read below policy carefully.

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen, this is up to the client/customer to file a claim with USPS, UPS, or applicable courier. Once an item/items has been delivered it is the sole responsibility of the customer. Items lost within transit, will need to file a claim with USPS, UPS, applicable courier.. All US order/packages are fully insured, you will be able to receive a full refund via the insurance check provided with USPS or UPS. International orders may vary with insurance policies. 

We are NOT responsible for packages that are not picked up from the postal office/UPS or redeliveries. Please schedule this on your own terms. If a package is returned back to us due to misinformation on shipping address, a non attempt for delivery or pick up we will not be responsible for re-shipment fees/postage.

 

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE RETURNS + EXCHANGES:

All International orders are FINAL SALE. 

No returns or exchanges will be honored for shipments bound for outside of the United States of America.

As listed above in Damages and Shipping Issues, please choose protection plan to ensure that your order is securely protected. If you refuse Little Green is 100% not liable. We are also not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen in transit. Any issues with shipping will need to be claimed with applicable shipping courier.

There will be a restocking fee of 15% that will be applied to all items returned due to faulty address info from customer. Any packages left unattended and not delivered back to us at customers own expense will be customers responsibility until this package if fully returned back to us. If a package is lost due to returned package via usps or any postal carrier it will not be our responsibility.
